Gary Dulabaum actually became a performer of children’s music the day he shared his first original song, a Thanksgiving tribute to his grandfather, with his second grade classmates. Following the completion of his first song, his classmates wildly clapped their hands, whistled and laughed hysterically showing their approval for and of Gary’s new-found songwriting skills. Unfortunately, Gary’s teacher’s response was far less enthusiastic than his classmates. The good news is, despite having to miss yet another recess for sharing his talents during class, he’s still writing songs and making kids and their grownups laugh.

For the past 33 years Gary has been traveling the nation and beyond singing and entertaining children and families with his high-energy, humor-laced concerts that have been known to incite kids and parents to sing-along, dance, move, groove, laugh and to share in the joy that Gary brings to his concerts.

Audiences just don’t observe Gary—they participate with him in concerts that include movement, sing-alongs, songs every kid should know, humor, and his originals like, “My Teacher Thinks He’s Elvis”, “Macaroni & Cheese”, “We Like Frogs”, “The New Jazzy Three Little Pigs” and “My Teacher Rides A Harley.”

As a children’ and family entertainer, Gary’s performances never fail to touch the heart. Gary has the rare gift of captivating audiences of all ages with his music and his quick wit. He has been called “screamingly funny” and Gary definitely brings a contemporary vibe to kids’ music.
